Shipping charges

All orders FOR RENTAL ONLY will be invoiced separately for postage costs.  You will receive this quote within 48 hour of placing an order on the website.  

What happens if I miss my scheduled pickup?

In order for us to get you an on-time delivery, we need to also have on-time pickups. Please make sure that when you confirm your delivery date, you’re also ready for the confirmed pickup date. If you know there is going to be a delay in returning your order to us, please contact us immediately at and we would be happy to assist you with the logistics.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship Locally in UK but for all other countries you are responsible for arranging the shipping and customs paperwork. Because the product is typically held up in customs for a significant period of time, and extended rental fees will apply.

Do your prices include delivery and shipping?

Prices reflect the rental rate, not shipping, delivery, or tax (where applicable). . We use Parcelcompare to ensure the quickest and safest, cheapest options for your delivery, and shipping fees are determined by zip code and total weight of the order.

Can I ship using my own UPS or FedEx account?

Yes, this is your responsibility to ensure that we receive the linens back 3 days after your event. Please see FQA for more information
